Teta Samira's Eggplant Jam

Inspired by our grandmother’s recipe from our village in Lebanon, this eggplant jam is a cozy fall favorite. Made from tender baby eggplants simmered in syrup with a touch of clove and cinnamon and stuffed with walnuts, it captures the warmth of home and the flavors of the season.

Enjoy it on toast, with cheese, or as a sweet accent to pastries.
